On October 21 2019, we lost our dearest friend, Chair Professor Mitchell M. Tseng, the dean of ISTM (International School of Technology and Management), FCU. He was an inspirational leader and a generous, creative, tireless, passionate person.Dean Tseng, thanks for your generous and friendship through the years. It is a great loss to Taiwan.
