On the afternoon of October 1, 2026, the International School of Technology and Management (ISTM) at Feng Chia University (FCU) hosted an interactive seminar, welcoming Dr. Sheryl Ehrman, Don Beall Dean of the Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering at San José State University (SJSU), California, as the keynote speaker. During the event, Dean Ehrman delivered a detailed presentation highlighting SJSU’s dynamic campus environment, academic resources, and educational strengths, while providing in-depth guidance on 2+2 bachelor's program opportunities and future academic planning. The session was lively and highly engaging, with ISTM students actively raising questions regarding studying in the United States, career development, student visas, and campus life. This face-to-face exchange not only strengthened the international academic collaboration between the two institutions, but also broadened global horizons and future career paths for students in the programs.
