Paving the Way for Junior Year Abroad: FCU ISTM Partners with I.S. Education to Hold Australia Study Abroad Info Sessions

On Tuesday, September 15, and Thursday, September 17, 2026, the International College of Technology and Management (ISTM) at Feng Chia University (FCU) invited I.S. Education to host study abroad information sessions for over 100 students across 10 classes in its Australian dual bachelor's degree programs. The sessions provided in-depth guidance on visa applications, living arrangements, and academic transitions, helping students build a clear roadmap for their overseas studies.

ISTM at FCU has long been committed to cultivating professionals with a global perspective and international competitiveness through dual degree programs partnered with leading Australian universities, covering key fields in electrical engineering, computer science, business, and design. The information sessions covered the following dual degree programs:

• University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney Design
• The University of Queensland (UQ) Business
• The University of Queensland (UQ) Electrical Engineering
• Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University Business
• Monash University Computer Science

During the sessions, advisors from I.S. Education offered detailed insights into admission requirements, pre-departure checklists, accommodation options, and adaptation strategies for living in Australia. One-on-one consultations were also provided to address individual student concerns regarding cross-border academic and personal life.
