• On October 21, 2019, we lost our dearest friend, Professor Mitchell Tseng, the Dean of ISTM (International School of Technology and Management), FCU.
• He was an inspirational leader and a generous, creative, tireless, passionate person. President Lee supports the important ISTM activities as interim dean.
• President Lee and the ISTM team will carry on his great legacy.
