Through face-to face effective communication, ISTM and parents stand together to help freshmen build a better future.

International School of Technology and Management held Parents’ Day on September 3rd. Even though Typhoon Hinnamnor approached Taiwan, there were more than 100 parents and freshmen to join the event on the site. Our dean Chuang-Chien Chiu, ISTM Program Advisors and the faculty team had lively interaction with participants. To make parents and freshmen have deeper understanding of ISTM, ISTM prepared a detailed introduction about ISTM’s teaching and counseling system, and a Q&A section in the Parents’ Day. The Q&A section not only clean up confusion of parents and freshmen, but also let ISTM know their expectations. There was also a broadcast live for those parents who couldn’t participate in this grand event in person.

Through the Parents’ Day, ISTM builds up a link with parents and students and enhances the sense of understanding and identity in ISTM from parents and students. We hope that freshmen will have a splendid and substantial college life in ISTM.
