ISTM makes his study dream come true

Mr. Kung, one of the first cohort graduates from Feng Chia – Purdue dual degree program earned admission leading to PhD of computer science from University of South California. He not only receives the four-year full scholarship but also part of living subsidy. Mr. Kung is incredibly grateful for what ISTM has offered. His dream, once vanished, came true eventually with the ISTM’s tremendous assistance.
