ISTM strives for innovation in our teaching and learning. Our aim is to help students to develop competence to think critically and take initiative in their learning. We design comprehensive and international programs with strong supports and great resources to prepare our students to succeed in their first and second year of study in Feng Chia University and their third and fourth in our partner universities. We look for applicants who love learning, exploring, discovering and have the commitment to achieve.
Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to submit the official test result of an English proficiency test, such as TOEFL, TOEIC or IELTS. If no test score of the above mentioned is available, applicants may be requested to take an English test during the application process.

English Proficiency Requirement
Students must meet the English proficiency requirement set by partner universities before going abroad for third year and fourth year of study. The following requirements must be satisfied.

Tuition & Fees
Tuition or any additional fees will be regulated in accordance with the policies and procedures of each institution where the students reside and will be paid accordingly in local currencies.
